COVID-19: Seeing Us Now
Focused Eye Care is currently operating with a full complement of doctors, opticians and staff, however… In order to maintain the highest safety and health standards during the ongoing pandemic, we must see fewer patients and limit the number of people inside at any given time.
The following information is provided in order to help your visit with us go as smoothly and comfortably as possible.
When you arrive at the practice, you will encounter a sign asking you to call or text us at 603-882-0311. After you contact us, you can either wait in your car or wait in the designated areas to the left and right of our entrance, until we contact you back to meet us at the door to be let in. Please do not stand near the door while you wait.
Please do not arrive at Focused Eye Care without an appointment. If you do, we may not be able to help you in a timely manner.
Please do not arrive at the practice without a mask/face covering. If you arrive without a mask, one will be provided for you before entering, but we think you will be most at ease wearing a mask with which you are already comfortable. For everyone’s protection, masks must be worn at all times when inside our facility.
If you come to Focused Eye Care about your eyeglasses, and wish to wait outside, we ask that you wait in the area to the left of the door. There is a sign on the window in that area that provides direction about about your visit with us for an appointment about your eyeglasses. Complete details are available here.
If you come to Focused Eye Care for any other reason, including appointments for exams, fitting or contacts, treatments, or just to pick up anything other than eyeglasses, and wish to wait outside, we ask that you wait in the area to the right of the door. There is a sign on the window in that area that provides direction about about your visit with us for any reason other than about your glasses. Complete details are available here.
